Over the weekend we played a special role as one of the partners of Japfest Silverstone, the event played host to thousands of modified cars and several big celebrations.
The event celebrated 50 years of the Nissan GTR as well as 30 years of the MX-5 and 25 years of the MX-5 Owners Club, as well as celebrating all things Japanese.
We were lucky enough to feature some fantastic local MX-5s as well as Alex Kersten from Car Throttle’s MX-5 ‘Phil’. Alex and best friend Gareth built Phil and did the Rocketeer V6 conversion themselves, and came to our stand to chat with members and fans, and stayed there for most of the day!
A massive thank you to Japfest for having us, to Alex and Gareth for joining us, and for everyone who visited us on the day!
