MX-5 Owners Club Annual General Meeting

All Members are invited to attend the Club’s Annual General Meeting that will be held at 10.30am on Sunday 3rd November 2024.

As per the notice of the August Edition of the Club magazine, Soft Top Hardtop, the meeting will be held in person and hosted online via Zoom. Any member who is unable to attend or log on in person may appoint a proxy to attend on her/his behalf using the proxy form, found in the ‘Members download  Area’ part of the Club website. Voting proxy forms must be with the Club Secretary by email no later than 9pm on Thursday 31st October or by post to the address provided in August issue (pg 14) of STHT, no later than Friday 25th October.
