Meet: M4 Pont Abram Services, SA4 0FU 10:00 am for 10:30 start. Coffee stop: Teifi Waterside Hotel, Poppet Sands, St Dogmaels, Sa43 3LN.

Coffee/tea & cake (carrot/lemon drizzle/chocolate £6.50)

Lunch: Prince of Wales, Porthyrhyd, Carmarthen, SA32 8PL. Small plate £12. Large plate £14. Choice of beef, turkey or nut roast.
