Welcome to the official MX-5 Owners Club Store (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchases from it. By accessing or using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

- Eligibility
Purchases can be made by:
- Members and non-members of the MX-5 Owners Club, unless otherwise stated.
- Individuals aged 18 or over, or with parental/guardian consent if under 18.
- Orders and Contract
- All products are subject to availability.
- Order confirmation is sent by email upon receipt, but does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion.
- Once accepted, a binding contract is formed between you and the MX-5 Owners Club Ltd.
- Pricing and Payment
- All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable VAT, unless stated otherwise.
- Full payment is required at checkout. We accept Payment methods made by Credit or Debit card such as Visa, MasterCard but excluding American Express. We also accept Payment made by PayPal.
- Delivery
- We aim to dispatch items promptly, but delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, or customs.
- Delivery is available within the UK and selected international destinations.
- Returns and Refunds
We aim to provide high-quality products and excellent service. If there’s an issue:
Standard Goods:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
- Refunds are processed upon receipt and inspection of returned items.
Custom-Made or Personalised Goods:
- Items made to order or personalised cannot be returned or cancelled unless faulty.
- This exemption is in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act, which excludes bespoke items from the standard right to cancel.
