Owned for 7 plus years, the last owner had extensive restoration on rear sills etc at MX5 Restorer, photos and invoice available. He also rebuilt the front and rear suspension using super pro bushes, MeisterR coilovers and Sportdrive chassis rails, and lots else.
The car handles superbly, but is great for tootling around also.
A full service including new cambelt and plugs at 88k miles.
4 new Toyo Proxies, excellent mohair hood with glass rear window.
Extensive history file, including MOT’S from 1999, and service stamps from 1997. The car seems to have been serviced at least every 3k miles.
Waxoyled annually in my ownership.
It’s not perfect, there is the odd small dent and scratch, but it’s superb and solid underneath, there are not many around like this.
