SUMMARY:North West – Social & Planning Meeting for 2026
DESCRIPTION:  \nThis is the most important event in our calendar. Whilst we will touch on other aspects the primary aim is for the group to start to shape our 2026 events programme. For interest over 30 events were organised in 2025.\nOur successes and enjoyment of belonging to the NW group are all down to the efforts and commitment that individual members are prepared to make by taking the initiative to plan and organise events. We have always benefitted from willing members in this regard. Your attendance at this meeting is greatly encouraged. Please come to the meeting with your ideas and thoughts on what you would like to be included in the 2026 programme. Please don’t be afraid to take a lead. There are plenty of members who are only to happy to help you along the way. And\, if you cannot make the meeting please discuss your ideas with the AC’s beforehand so that your event can be assigned an agreed date in the calendar.\nFollowing the meeting you are invited to take lunch in the restaurant which provides an ideal opportunity to carry on with our discussions. There is no requirement to make a pre-order but the venue would like an estimate of the numbers taking lunch so please advise on this in the usual way via Facebook or by e mailing northwest@mx5oc.co.uk
