DESCRIPTION:Our Club Social Meetings are held at The Rockingham Arms\, Wentworth S62 7TL and held in The Restaurant; which we have the exclusive use of\, and is accessed in the main building. SUMMARY:Peaks and Pennines – Monthly Run organised by Burton and Lesley
DESCRIPTION:This run still has some fine tuning to be done so could change slightly. This run is listed on Eventbrite please register for the run between 27th January  and 5th February please. \nOur February Run has been compiled and will be by Burton and Lesley. The details need finalising and the route checked for roadworks\, at the moment the starting point is to be Moorlands 9.15 for 10.00\, the route will be Ladybower\, Bamford\, Hope\, The Winnats Pass\, Peak Forest\, Tideswell\, Millers Dale\, Wormhill\, Buxton to Poole’s Cavern for T & P stop\, where we are hoping to negotiate a special Peaks and Pennines Group rate for the optional cavern experience. The second part of the run is to be via Bierlow Bar\, Longnor\, then on to one of our favourlte driving roads\, the undulating road to The Winking Man on the A53\, from there we will be heading to Warslow\, Hulme End\, Hartington\, Newhaven\, Pikehall\, Longcliffe\, close to Middleton Top\, Cromford\, Matlock Bath\, Matlock and Rowsley\, Whilst in the area it would be rude to pass by The Shalimar Indian Restaurant without calling in for a mid afternoon meal! As there are various options at Poole’s Cavern\, and also the café needs to know numbers\, booking will be via Eventbrite\, the link to which will be added shortly.
