All bookings for the party must come through me as I have to pay the event. \n  \nCheck in is from 1500hrs on the 7th;; however the spa facilities can be used from 13.30hrs on for those who are staying. \n  \nA number of rooms have been held under the booking reference South Wales MX-5 OWNERS CLUB. \nSuperior doubles are £120 : Standard Doubles £110 & Single Occupancy £90. The booking of these rooms is YOUR responsibility. \nIf you book a room you get to use the Hotel Leisure  Facilities \nThese holdings are until the end of July. \nWe had a Christmas Party here 2 years ago and it was a very enjoyable evening. \n  \nThere will be a short drive before we arrive at the Hotel – details to be announced.

A one night stay when i looked on the web site was £48 per room. \nThis event will be open to non members as well so bring your friends if you wish. Please get your names down for this event early to avoid disappointment. \n
