We have always benefitted from willing members in this regard. Your attendance at this meeting is greatly encouraged. Please come to the meeting with your ideas and thoughts on what you would like to be included in the 2026 programme. Please don’t be afraid to take a lead. There are plenty of members who are only to happy to help you along the way. And\, if you cannot make the meeting please discuss your ideas with the AC’s beforehand so that your event can be assigned an agreed date in the calendar.\nFollowing the meeting you are invited to take lunch in the restaurant which provides an ideal opportunity to carry on with our discussions.
