To give all members a fair and equal opportunity of attending reservation allocation will  be  be on a ‘first-come – first served’ basis’ but it is hoped that based on previous years numbers a total provision of 25 rooms will be sufficient. Reservations will not be taken prior to 11 am so please do not call the hotel before this time. The hotel telephone number is  015395 67432. The drive takes us through Cockerham\, Hambleton and Fleetwood to Cleveleys. \nLunch has been arranged at The Venue FY5 1LW\, we should arrive approximately 12:30pm.
