DESCRIPTION:Here are the details for the MX-5 OC NW Christmas Party Night at Crooklands Hotel.\n\nVenue\nCrooklands Hotel\nCrooklands\nNr Kendal\nCumbria\nLA7 7NW\n\nDate\nSaturday 6th December\n\n\nRooms\nClassic King (13) – £100.50 single\, £180.00 double\nDeluxe  (12) – £110.50 single\, £190.00 double/twin\n\nPrice\nAbove fully inclusive of accommodation\, 3 course\, meal\,\, breakfast and resident DJ\n\nCommencement Time\nEvening starts at 7pm – but as in previous years people start to arrive from mid-afternoon onwards for pre-party drinks and group seasonal chat.\n\nBooking Arrangements\nThe Hotel will open the booking  window at 11 am on Thursday 25th September. To give all members a fair and equal opportunity of attending reservation allocation will  be  be on a ‘first-come – first served’ basis’ but it is hoped that based on previous years numbers a total provision of 25 rooms will be sufficient. Reservations will not be taken prior to 11 am so please do not call the hotel before this time. The hotel telephone number is  015395 67432. Please quote MX-5 North West Christmas Party.\n\nRooms can be booked up to Tuesday 30th September after which any remaining rooms will be made available for general release.\n\nA deposit is not required but full payment is required by Saturday 4th October. Any cancellations after this date are non-refundable\, A payment link will be sent by the hotel to each individual reservation.\n\nOnce you have made a reservation will you please e mail  northwest@mx5oc.co.uk with your details and I’ll send you a Christmas Party menu to choose from. SUMMARY:North West - Short Christmas Run to Cleveleys.
DESCRIPTION:This is a short run midway between Christmas and New Year which ends at The Venue in Cleveleys for lunch and a chance for a stroll on the promenade weather permitting. \nMeeting 11:00am for coffee at Barton Grange Garden Center\, PR3 0BT\, departing 11.30am. The drive takes us through Cockerham\, Hambleton and Fleetwood to Cleveleys. \nLunch has been arranged at The Venue FY5 1LW\, we should arrive approximately 12:30pm. You can choose from the menu and a pre order is not required. Please reply on our Facebook Page if you will be attending and eating by Monday 22nd December so I can give numbers to The Venue.
