Your Exclusive 10% MX5parts Discount

 

As part of our ongoing partnership with MX5parts, MX-5 Owners Club members can now enjoy a 10% discount across the MX5parts.co.uk website.

We’re excited to introduce this new membership benefit! While the process is still being established, activation requires manual coordination between MX5parts and the Club Membership Administration to ensure proper setup and data protection. We’re working towards further automation of this benefit in the future, but in the meantime, please follow the steps below to take advantage of this excellent offer.

Important: Please Read Carefully
To receive the discount, you must have an online MX5parts account. Discounts cannot be applied without one. If you are setting up a new MX5parts account or making changes to an existing one, please allow 3–5 working days for the discount to be activated.

How to access your discount

To take advantage of your discount, your online MX5parts account must use the same email address as is registered with your MX-5 Owners Club membership profile.

If you are already using the same email for both accounts – Great! Your discount is ready for you to use – just log in to MX5parts.co.uk to see your discounted prices and treat your MX-5!

If your existing MX5parts account uses a different email address:

Log in to your existing MX5parts account and update the email to match the one on your Owners Club profile, once updated please email: mx5oc@mx5parts.co.uk to request your discount be activated *

If you do not have an MX5parts account:

Create a new MX5 Parts account using the same email address on your Owners Club profile, once created please email: mx5oc@mx5parts.co.uk to request your discount be activated *

*Please allow up to 3–5 working days for changes to take effect. Activating the discount still requires input from MX5parts and Club Membership Administration, especially when setting up new MX5parts accounts or making changes to existing ones. You will receive a confirmation once the discount has been successfully applied.

I’ve just joined the MX-5 Owners Club, when can I get my discount?

When you join the Club, membership administration operates on a 15-day cycle, with new memberships commencing on the 1st and 15th of each month. Once your membership has been processed:

• Your welcome pack will be dispatched and your Club member account will be activated.

• We will confirm your membership status with MX5parts.

Please note: The discount activation process requires manual coordination between MX5parts and Club Membership Administration, and may take up to 15-28 working days to complete. Please contact mx5oc@mx5parts.co.uk to receive a confirmation once the discount has been successfully applied.

I’ve not renewed my membership can I still get discount?

When you leave the Club your discount on your MX5parts online account will be deactivated.

Ordering by phone?

You can still order by phone, but an online MX5parts account is still required, please still complete the steps above first. However MX5Parts are unable to verify your Club membership over the phone.

Important please note:

• An online MX5parts account is required. Discounts cannot be applied without one.
• This discount is for personal use only. Abuse may result in removal of the benefit.
• Discounts are not cumulative—if a part is already discounted, only the higher discount will apply.
• Gift cards and special-order parts are excluded.
